Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Persimmon Cleaning Services website, pricing tools, proposals, booking requests, communications, and related service workflows.

Important Note

Quotes, proposals, booking requests, and recurring service selections are part of the same Persimmon workflow, but they do not all mean the same thing. Proposal acceptance and booking confirmation are separate steps unless we expressly state otherwise.

1. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful, business- related purposes connected to Persimmon Cleaning Services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or information in an unauthorized way.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Pricing shown through our website or pricing tools is based on the information provided to us at the time of the estimate. Scope, condition, access, occupancy, and service needs may affect pricing.

  • Estimates may change if submitted information is inaccurate, incomplete, or materially different from the property or service conditions observed.
  • Manual review may still be required for certain properties, service types, or unusual conditions.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing before service if the actual scope differs from the information used to create the estimate or proposal.

3. Proposals & Acceptance

A proposal is a formal service presentation based on the information currently available to Persimmon Cleaning Services.

  • Proposal acceptance confirms your intent to move forward with the selected proposal terms.
  • Acceptance does not always mean that service is fully scheduled. Depending on the workflow, a booking request or scheduling confirmation may still be required.
  • If multiple proposals are generated from the same property submission, only one proposal may ultimately be accepted unless Persimmon expressly authorizes otherwise.

4. Booking Requests & Scheduling

A booking request is not the same as a confirmed appointment unless Persimmon Cleaning Services confirms it.

  • Requested dates and windows are subject to availability, logistics, travel considerations, and service readiness.
  • We may contact you to confirm timing, access, and any additional details needed before a service date is finalized.
  • If access details, utilities, or required preparation are not in place, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or subject to additional charges where permitted.

5. Recurring Cadence Terms

Recurring service descriptions are based on the cadence selected in your estimate or proposal. Terms may include:

  • Weekly, meaning approximately every 7 days.
  • Biweekly, meaning approximately every 2 weeks.
  • Every 4 Weeks, meaning approximately every 28 days.

Recurring cadence affects price, service expectations, and buildup assumptions. Different cadences may be priced differently even for the same property. If Persimmon offers an alternate cadence in writing for a specific property, that written offer will control for that proposal.

6. Scope, Access & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information about the property and service needs, including condition, room counts, bathrooms, fixtures, pets, access considerations, and any other relevant details.

  • If a property differs materially from what was represented, Persimmon may revise scope, pricing, or scheduling before service.
  • Areas not included in the proposal or approved service scope are not considered part of the service.
  • We may rely on the submitted address and related property details when preparing travel-sensitive estimates and scheduling options.

7. Optional Photos & Property Images

If optional photo upload is offered, property photos may be used to help Persimmon better understand service needs, support internal review, confirm scope, or prepare internal service materials.

Photo submission does not guarantee approval, fixed pricing, or scheduling. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal content.

8. SMS Terms

Persimmon Cleaning Services may offer service-related SMS messaging through Persimmon Cleaning Service Notifications.

  • SMS consent may be collected through designated opt-in areas on our website experiences, including the contact form, pricing wizard where presented, and booking flow where presented.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

9. Limitations & Changes

We may update our website, service descriptions, pricing workflow, proposal process, booking process, communications process, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the website or related Persimmon workflows after an update means you accept the revised terms. We reserve the right to decline service, revise proposed scope, or require manual review where appropriate.
